From the shadows of twilight light artists define the new dimensions of dark city. Kasjo (PL), Alessandro Lupi (IT), Einike Leppik  Karl Johanson, Taavi Kasemägi  and Kalle Priit Pruuden will explore the public space around the Railway station and Telliskivi in framework of Design Night 13th light art edition, curated by Ilona Gurjanova and Indrek Leht.
